Overview
The Kolen'ko Research Group is dedicated to answering fundamental questions of chemistry, catalysis, and materials science in important energy and environmental challenges. We are looking for a Research Laboratory Assistant to join our team under the Moving2Neutrality Agenda of the PRR framework.
Job Duties
The job duties will be the following: Ensure smooth and effective laboratory operations
Maintain inventory of laboratory chemicals, materials, and labware supplies
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the laboratory
Provide guidance and support to team members
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Mandatory Qualifications
Education BSc in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Experience and Technical Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting;
Understanding of laboratory operations, protocols, procedures, and equipment.
Other Skills Equipment maintenance scheduling.
Preferred Qualifications MSc in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Personal Skills Excellent problem solving ability and decision making skills;
Strong organisational and communication skills;
"Hands-on" approach together with a high commitment in respecting working deadlines;
Customer orientation;
Ability to work independently and as team player.

How the Selection Process works

To better support this stage, the candidate may be requested to prepare a short presentation.
