Experience in:Mammalian or human stem cell culture techniques; Cell culture in bioreactor; Analytics for characterization of cells (flow cytometry, metabolism, immunofluorescence microscopy); 3D cell culture;CAR-T cell manufacturing.Proficient use of the English language, both spoken and written (candidates with internships and/or periods abroad will be valued). Motivation for applied research and good teamwork skills will be valued.Work PlanDevelopment of bioprocesses for manufacture of CAR-T cells and methodologies for their characterization.Fellowship DurationThe fellowship will have a duration of 6 months, eventually renewed until the end of project, without prejudice of the maximum limits foreseen by law.
