You will oversee R&D initiatives, guide strategic direction, and develop partnerships to advance our cutting-edge technology. This role is key in shaping future energy solutions and driving technological advancements in the renewable energy sector.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related fields (Advanced degrees and research experience preferred).6-10 years of experience in R&D, ideally in the renewable energy sector or related industries.Proven experience leading projects from concept to commercialization, focusing on innovation and technological advancement.Expertise in wind energy systems, especially offshore wind, including aerodynamics, structural dynamics, materials science, and control systems.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists.Strong leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills.Familiarity with IP management, regulatory standards, and market trends in renewable energy.Proficiency in data analysis, experimental design, and technical research.Fluent in English and Portuguese.What we offer:Competitive salaryEquity optionsHealth insurance
