The Work You'll Do:

The Reporting & Commissions Analyst II will provide support for the process of reporting bookings as well as calculating, reporting on, and analyzing commissions. Looking for a self-starter who will own various processes of the commission cycle. This is a great opportunity to gain up close exposure to both the Go To Market and Finance departments in an industry leading software organization.

More specifically you will:

Be responsible for monthly recording and reporting of bookings including review of Sales opportunity data from Salesforce.com and other data sources to prepare bookings report

Manage the calculations and own the communication of commissions for various teams

Reconcile large complex data flow between multi-database systems

Create/maintain sales performance KPI reporting/tracking

Provide ad-hoc financial analysis relating to various sale compensation programs (scenario and variance analysis)

Partner with Executive leaders to research, resolve, and document the business cases for compensation-related issues, changes, or exceptions

Improve and refine processes to provide more accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency

What We Need From You:

Advanced computer software knowledge; strong Microsoft Excel skills

Previous compensation experience strongly preferred (1+ year)

Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on listening and documenting client needs

Quick learner who proactively looks to improve their knowledge and skills

Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to both technical and non-technical audiences

Detail oriented and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Big plus if Bi-Lingual – preferably Portuguese or Turkish
