DescriçãoDocument Review: Regularly review existing HSE documentation to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations and industry best practices, and update documents accordingly to maintain compliance.Communication: Collaborate with service managers and employees to gather information and feedback, ensuring that documents reflect the most current safety and environmental practices.Data Analysis: Collect and analyse HSE data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and translate findings into actionable document updates.Reporting: Generate reports on HSE document compliance and performance, presenting findings to management.Create/update training material.Perform/coordinate audits.Process management.Manage emergency response plans and procedures. Perfil idealBachelor's degree in a relevant field e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.Proven experience in document development and management, especially in an Health & Safety / Occupational Safety or regulatory context.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Certification in HSE-related disciplines Vantagens A great opportunity for your career.
