.What will you do? As a sales representative, you will be responsible for accelerating the business of your customer portfolio. Your focus will be on the technical-commercial support of the clientele of End Users with a national scope through remote interactions. Commercial excellence: You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle: Identify needs, creation of technical commercial offer, customer consulting (products/systems/solutions and customer services focusing on volume, mix and profitability), negotiation, order closing and after-sales support. Management of the customer ecosystem: Knowledge of the business, interlocutors, competitors, go to market, detection of business opportunities, preparation of sales forecasts and coordination of works with the different internal departments. Data Driven: Reporting, updating customer information, analysis and data-driven decision-making. Digital Mindset: Ability to leverage technology to generate engagement and trust with the customer remotely (virtual presentations), organization, planning and preparation of customer interactions, agility and quality of response, flexibility, work structure to follow up on opportunities and pending tasks. What skills are necessary to be successful? Electrical/electronic engineering preferred but not mandatory. Technological Capabilities: Technologies that enable the core solutions of our business and that impact the deployment of digital transformation. Technical Capability: Knowledge of Schneider Electric products, software and solutions (all portfolio). Digital tools: Ability to work efficiently in a digital environment. Commercial methodology: Structure and work habits for project closure. Communication with impact and influence: Ability to communicate effectively with the interlocutor, adapting their resources to the type of person with whom they interact, achieving precision and conviction in their messages. Tensile strength and troubleshooting. Collaboration. Innovation and curiosity. Good level of English. Driver's license, 95% of interactions will be remote but if the project requires it, it is necessary to have flexibility to visit the client at their facilities or on site. Why us?
