For which tasks (responsibilities)? Manage and maintain the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and assisting with updates as needed.
Organize and maintain internal documents, including contracts, invoices, and other essential records.
Assist with booking and organizing travel arrangements for team members, ensuring timely planning and smooth logistics.
Work closely with finance and legal teams to manage contracts, and collect and prepare invoices.
Manage accounts and user access across various internal systems, ensuring proper permissions and access control.
Maintain order and efficiency in all administrative processes.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, assisting with some onboarding, contracts, and other HR-related tasks.
What kind of professional are we looking for? Experience in office management, HR administration, or similar roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with document management.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with office tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and other digital platforms.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+).
