Your Role After collecting your IT equipment and signing your contract in Lisbon, youll start a 4-week intensive training program to: Manage membership files for policyholders.
Process complementary health benefits for insured members and healthcare professionals.
Provide excellent phone support and client service.
Your Profile Fluent in spoken and written French .
Prior experience in insurance, banking, or a similar goal-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word), digital tools (Teams), and comfortable using dual screens.
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage priorities and propose solutions.
Salary and Benefits Starting gross monthly salary: 923.40 euros (14 months) , increasing to 973.40 euros at 6 months, and 1023.40 euros after one year.
Performance Bonuses (based on annual objectives): 40 euros /month for meeting expectations.
80 euros /month for exceeding expectations.
