Requirements: Native or near-native fluency in German EU ID or Portuguese Residence card Residing in the North of Portugal Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
