This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and a strong interest in the Website Technical Solutions industry.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, remote customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting them with technical queries, and resolving issues related to our cutting-edge website solutions.
This remote position is open exclusively for candidates based in Lisbon, Portugal, offering the flexibility of working from home while being part of a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, primarily addressing technical issues related to website solutions Troubleshoot technical problems and offer quick, effective resolutions aligned with company guidelines Assist customers with website setup, configuration, installation , and troubleshooting Guide customers in navigating our website tools and solutions, ensuring they make the most out of our products Maintain clear and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions using the company's CRM system Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction , consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals Follow internal procedures to escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate teams Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience and service delivery Stay up-to-date with product features and industry trends to ensure customers receive accurate, timely support Handle repetitive tasks with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail Maintain confidentiality of customer data and sensitive information at all times Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks , ensuring prompt response to all customer queries Demonstrate excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, with a calm and professional demeanor Ability to work under pressure , manage stress, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations Skills and Requirements: Fluency in German (C2 level) is required for this role Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level) is preferred Customer service experience is a plus, particularly in technical support, but not mandatory Technical aptitude or an eagerness to learn new tools and systems related to website solutions Strong problem-solving skills , with the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions quickly Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment Comfortable working in rotative shifts , including weekends and night shifts Organizational skills , with a keen eye for detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating to resolve customer issues EU ID required to work legally in Portugal Residence Card required for non-EU nationals Additional Benefits: Health and Life Insurance : Comprehensive coverage starting from day one, ensuring peace of mind for you and your family Career Growth Opportunities : A clear and structured career development path, with opportunities for promotion and skill enhancement Company-Provided Equipment : All necessary tools (laptop, software, etc.)
