We are looking for French speakers to work remotely for this leading technology brand!
Your responsibilities:
Handle incoming French user requests via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds.
Provide inbound sales support and sell products to boost revenue, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction (without using aggressive sales tactics!).
Keep customers informed with regular status and resolution updates.
Record and track orders or requests, ensuring thorough documentation of all necessary data elements in the CRM according to client requirements, policies, and product.
Our expectations:
You speak French proficiently.
Fluent English level (at least B2).
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
You are self-motivated, and you like to work in a team.
An ability to work in shifts.
Main duties:
Fully remote work system from districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Lisbon, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro.
Working schedule: Monday - Saturday (8:00 – 21:00) - 40h/5 days per week including Public Holidays: Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day.
Full-time job: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, rotating shifts, Fixed term, renewable full-time 6-month employment contract (according to Portuguese law).
Private Health insurance with a dental plan (free after 6 months).
Training is provided at the beginning of the work; previous experience is not required.

Competitive Salary and bonuses:
- 1194€ gross x 12 months or 1024€ gross x 14 months - basic salary- up to 225€ gross performance bonus/month- meal allowance: 7.23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)- 20 €/month - Transport allowance.
Relocation package:
Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months.
Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment.
