Remote Danish Customer Support Representative

If you are a native or fluent (C2) Danish speaker, If you are living in somewhere from Coimbra to Algarve,  If you are willilng to be a part of the most supportive team,  You can apply to this position.  No experience! We are looking for ambitious and motivated people Location: Remote (from Coimbra to Algarve) Language Requirement: Native or C2 level Danish Contract Type: Permanent (3-month probation period) Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 - 19:00 (Rotating Shifts) Two rotating days off per week Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality support.
Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer concerns.
Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining satisfaction and ensuring positive experiences.
Update customer records and track feedback to improve service.
Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service quality and efficiency.
Requirements: Fluency in Danish (native or C2 level).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts, including weekends.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
