Position Overview: Remote Customer Service Specialist (German-Speaking) Start Dates: 18 November 2024 & 9 December 2024Location: Remote-based, operating out of Porto, Portugal Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts:Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00Flexibility required for occasional shifts up to 19:00Days Off: Rotating schedule, with 2 days off each week Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: 1,100 EUR per month (distributed over 14 payments annually)Performance Incentive: Up to 120 EUR in monthly sales bonusesWork Model: Fully remote within Portugal Documentation Requirements for Candidates EU IDResidence CardManifestação de InteresseVisas (under consultation) Candidate Qualifications Experience:Prior experience in Contact Centers or Customer Service settings is preferred.Additional background in Sales, Tourism, or Travel services is advantageous.Core Skills:Proficiency in digital tools and strong attention to detail.Effective problem-solving skills with professional written and verbal communication.Highly adaptable and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
