We on a search for responsible, determined and adaptable team-players for the role of Customer Care Champion with German and English (Work from Anywhere in Bulgaria – Fully Remote).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivering a professional and pleasant experience to ensure customer satisfaction;
Offering information and advice on the company's products and services;
Collaborating with colleagues, providing assistance and advice as needed;
Handling customer issues via various communication channels;
Investigating and resolving customer issues and providing solutions;
Serving as a guide through the resolution process;
Keeping detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
Requirements:
? Excellent written and spoken skills in German (C1 level)
? Good English language skills (at least level B2)
Customer-focused, determined, and a team player
Organized, responsible, and able to manage time efficiently
Adaptable, capable of working in a dynamic environment
Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
Proficiency in using a PC and a strong affinity for technology
