As a telemarketing agent, your primary responsibility will be to cold call homeowners and persuade them to schedule a free estimate for various home improvement services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads for home improvement services Schedule appointments for free estimates with interested homeowners Provide clear and persuasive information about our services Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments Requirements: Experience: Previous telemarketing or cold calling experience is required English Proficiency: Must have C1 or C2 level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential Equipment: Must have a computer, fast and reliable internet connection, and a headset. We will provide the dialer and CRM software.
