Our network of satisfied candidates and clients continues to grow, remaining our greatest pride and motivation.For one of our clients – a large, well-known company in the customer experience field, we are on a search for responsible, motivated, and flexible individuals for the role of Client Experience Specialist with Hebrew and English (Fully Remote from Bulgaria).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide a friendly and professional experience to keep customers happy.Give information and advice about the company's products and services.Work with your team to offer help and support.Resolve customer issues through various communication channels.Investigate problems and find solutions.Guide customers through the problem-solving process.Keep accurate and updated records of customer interactions.Requirements:Fluent in Hebrew (both written and spoken) with good English skills.Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Previous customer support experience is a plus.Comfortable using a PC and interested in technology.Organized and able to manage time well.Customer-focused, motivated, and a team player.Our client offers:Flexible shifts outside regular office hours (Mon-Fri 15:30-9:00h, and 24/7 on weekends).Competitive salary (2500-3500 BGN GROSS) on a full-time fully remote position with paid annual leave.Attractive benefits like extra health insurance, gift vouchers, sports cards, and discounts.Initial training and ongoing training and learning opportunities available for all employees.Opportunities for long-term career growth.A supportive and exciting work environment.If you feel excited and confident that you're the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the next step.
