Job Description: Remote B2B Sales Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a proactive Remote Sales Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for actively reaching out to potential clients (mainly condominium managers and construction companies) and scheduling appointments, so our civil engineers can present our insulation services.
Responsibilities:
Actively call leads and schedule appointments.
Target group: Condominiums and other B2B opportunities.
Track progress in a simple Google Sales Sheet.
Work with a leads list provided by EnergyEase & Generate own lead list.
What We Offer:
Flexible working hours (8-16 hours per week) within business hours.
The ability to work completely remotely (requirements: laptop, phone, internet).
An hourly rate of €9 with an additional €20 commission per scheduled appointment.
Initial part-time basis with the potential for extension and/or contract adjustment after one month.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Commercial mindset: You are results-driven and comfortable handling rejection.
Fluent in Portuguese with basic conversational English.
Experience in real estate or construction is a plus, but not required.
Independent, organized, and proactive in maintaining client contacts.
