By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential.Your contribution to something big:Be part of the development teams of air to water heat pumpsDerive reliability requirements from load profilesDrive and moderate quality prevention and product improvement sessions (eg: FMEAs, focus matrix, DRBFMs, risk assessments) according to Bosch engineering system and product engineeringPerform technical and safety reviews in product development projectsAssembly of test setups, create test plans, execute and document reliability and validation testsActive participation in the creation and review of reliability test procedures and safety directivesField monitoring and support in the problem solving of quality problems (8Ds)Present and communicate test results and findings to development teamsWhat distinguishes you:Education: Master or PhD Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering or similar;Refrigeration application background is a benefit.Knowledge: Knowledge in mechanical construction, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and refrigeration;Knowledge in statistical methods, design of components, reliability tests in material science and testing.Experience: Project experience in product technical development is valued;Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);Experience with IT tools used in lab environment (Matlab, LabView) is valued;Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Personality and attitude: Results oriented, pro-active attitude, critical thinking and problem solving mindset;Team player: Ability to work in a team environment.Work #LikeABosch includes:Flexible work conditions | Hybrid work system | Exchange with colleagues around the world | Health insurance and medical office on site (general surgeon, psychology, physiotherapy, general clinic) | Training opportunities (p.e., technical training, foreign languages training) & certifications | Access to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products | Sports and health related activities | Free parking lot | CanteenSuccess stories don´t just happen.
