At Winning Consulting, we are on the lookout for a Regulatory Reporting Officer to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector.
We are seeking one experienced professional to join a Credit Risk Consolidation & Reporting Team. The team is responsible for regulatory reporting, specifically within the scope of Credit Risk, and works to ensure compliance with various regulatory frameworks, including Basel III and upcoming Basel IV requirements. The team handles the calculation and analysis of Credit Risk RWA and contributes to the solvency ratio and Pillar 3 disclosures for the Group. This role will also focus on the optimization of processes and data quality, as well as contributing to various regulatory reporting evolutions.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Data Collection & Integration: Collect, control, and integrate Credit & Counterparty Risk and Securitization data in a reporting system (ARC) on a quarterly basis for sub-consolidated scopes.Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders involved in the reporting processes.Management Support: Contribute to the organization and preparation of Senior Management forums to validate regulatory reports.Project Participation: Actively participate in projects related to regulatory evolutions, reporting enhancements, process improvements, and IT developments.New Regulatory Frameworks: Engage in projects linked to new regulatory frameworks such as Basel IV and ensure group objectives are met.Reporting Production: Prepare and produce regulatory reports, including COREP Own Funds, Large Exposures, Leverage Ratio, and Fundamental Review Trading Book, at the sub-consolidated level.Report Delivery: Provide support in the preparation, review, and delivery of regulatory reports to meet deadlines.Required Technical Skills:Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Credit Risk Knowledge: Familiarity with Credit Risk concepts, including Standard and IRBA approaches.Prudential Frameworks: Understanding of Basel III, COREP, Pillar 3, FINREP, and IFRS (knowledge of Pillar 3 is desirable).Software Proficiency: Experience with MS Office. Knowledge of MS Access, SQL, and Business Objects is desirable.Language Skills:English: Fluent communication skills (both oral and written) are required.
