Regulatory Projects Team Leader (M/F)

Fórum Selecção is looking for a Regulatory Projects Team Leader (M/F) for a Corporate Client in Lisboa. Main tasks and goals: Expert level of regulatory, prudential, accounting, and liquidity skills, coupled with soft skills and communication aptitude to manage the team's workload and guide Project Managers in their respective domains of responsibility. Manage HR topics, namely recruitment, target setting, periodic appraisals, appointing back-ups to ensure business continuity and coach the new joiners to the team. As a client-focused leader, deploy good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with the principal stakeholders in Lisbon, in particular with teams in charge of granular reporting to ECB and RWA computation/analysis. Coordinate Project Managers and, as needed, deploy a wide array of skills from the organisation of projects, to the preparation of the support materials and minutes taking. Manage the operational scope of the team in light of the regulatory changes and recommendations issued by the Bank's regulatory bodies and auditors. Participate in the Steering Committees and follow-up on action plans and roadmaps. Profile and skills we look for: Ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment.
