Regulatory Compliance Operation Lead

Responsibilities:Maintain and develop key client relationships.Own the delivery of service and service metrics to clients.Support quality programs.Embed new processes and workflows into the team.Drive continuous improvement and value-add initiatives.Meet obligations established within the client.Assess and implement change and strategic directions.Ensure process documentation is complete and robust.Coach, develop, and manage team members.Own serious issue resolution and escalation management.Allocate resources and responsibilities across the team to deliver business results and develop team members.Manage formal evaluation processes for team members, including career development, salary review, and performance management.Minimum Requirements:Graduate with more than 4 years of working experience, preferably with 2 years of domain knowledge.Quick learner with proven ability to grow and lead a team.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Passionate about learning and creative problem-solving.Proven track record of success in previous work experiences.Strong computer applications skills.Good knowledge of the culture and language of the countries supported is an advantage.Able to solve urgent matters and work under pressure.Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.Analytical frame of mind.
