The Eurovision Global Sales & Marketing Department role is to: Present, promote and sell Eurovision portfolio of services to existing and prospective customers Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads The Global Sales department mission is to: Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to proactively meet their needs and future developments/potentials Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments at every step including service implementation, delivery, contract management, billing and credit collection PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION: As a Regional Sales Manager you haveoverall visibility of sales over its assigned business accounts.
