Our client, one of the biggest and fastest growing GameTech companies in the world, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for their team based in Lisbon. The Regional Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, is tasked with overseeing the Sales Operations unit, which encompasses both in-house and outsourced operations. This position is pivotal in maintaining high standards of operational excellence in Sales by implementing robust operational strategies, promoting efficiency through various initiatives, and achieving scalable outcomes.About the role:Supervising the allocation of resources and headcount at a functional level.Keeping track of budget and expenditures.Creating a detailed project roadmap with specific deliverables and Sales KPIs, and approving SLA commitments per market to ensure Sales operations' effectiveness and efficiency.Managing contracts and deliverables with BPO providers.Being responsible for operational plans and action items aimed at improving the experience of customers and Sales Representatives.Leading process improvement initiatives both within the operation and in collaboration with other departments.Assisting in defining success criteria (goals & KPIs) at a functional level and monitoring performance against targets and strategy.Pursuing service innovation by analyzing competitors and staying updated with industry trends.Ensuring accurate Sales data flow and reporting across internal stakeholders, and designing a system for feedback and critical user information distribution to relevant teams (VOC).Coordinating all operational leads to ensure alignment in SOPs, peer functions, and smooth collaboration.Facilitating effective interactions and alignment with various stakeholders at all levels, with a strategic long-term perspective.Building high-performing Sales teams by setting SMART objectives for all direct reports.Inspiring others and fostering a commitment to Kaizen's vision, values, and purpose.Occasional availability to travel and do face-to-face meetings with colleagues or to visit partners and/or third parties.For this role, we are looking for someone with 6+ years of experience in Sales Management and/or Sales Operations. Experience with Project management frameworks like Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools such as: DMAIC; Histogram; Ishikawa; Pareto chart are valued. Direct experience with BPOs is mandatory, as well as good fluency in English.Do you have extensive experience in managing, motivating, and developing high-performing Sales Teams, Sales Managers, and large-scale, diverse teams?
