Responsibilities
Drive a culture of operations excellence through creation and management of key performance indicators (KPI) dashboards, setting of milestones and goals that efficiently track and assess business performance across Customer Experience (CXP) and Vendor Experience (VXP) streams, across markets.
Aid decision-making at both strategic and operational levels through a thorough reporting and data analytics strategy, that encompasses effective tracking and monitoring of the customer/vendor experience journey across critical touchpoints.
Define routines and mechanisms that can be adapted across markets to ensure key performance indicators can be reviewed on a daily, monthly and annual basis.
Identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses.
Skills
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and deep-dive on complex challenges; leveraging on data as a key parameter for decision-making.
Extensive experience in data analytics and reporting within an operations-centric setting.
Stellar project management and execution skills to navigate project milestones end to end.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, Operations, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role.
Experience with Excel, Access, SQL, Perl or other scripting languages.
Experience with Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Power BI, or other data visualization software.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in large data warehouse environments.
Experience conducting large scale data analysis to support business decision making.
Ability to interact, communicate, present, and influence within multiple levels of the organization.
