This person will lead day-to-day marketing efforts for two property levels and work closely with the Operations team, Development team, and Sales team to support the sales process from a marketing perspective.Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and manage integrated marketing strategy using quantitative and qualitative data through key stages of project lifecycles Build and reconcile budget to align and support initiatives annually Provide the direct day-to-day leadership and management of the marketing department supporting cross departmental collaboration Work with property and regional leaders to align sales and marketing strategy with club development and operational milestones Collaborate with the sales team to drive engagement and strategy implementation in current and new markets Provide brand and marketing expertise within DLC and property initiatives to create impactful stories through communications, events, digital initiatives, and collateral development
