OpportunityOpportunity to join a leading logistics company.Excellent opportunity to develop your career.Sobre o nosso clienteRecognised logistics company.DescriçãoResponsible for providing legal and compliance support to the business units in their daily operations and development initiatives; including but not limited to providing legal advice on all business.Support the implementation of Legal & Compliance initiatives including advising to the Business Units in Portugal and Spain.Provide administrative and legal support to the Director with regards to drafting any types of contracts (training contracts, rendering of services agreements, employment contracts, procurement contracts, etc.), or legal documents related to the day-to-day activities of the companies.Drafting legal actions, and judicial representation in court cases, when required.Provide consultation to employees' doubts related to employment law or the collective bargaining agreements.Ensure that HQ's global policies and procedures are in compliance and followed effectively.Ensuring that the company's mission, vision and values are relevant, prominent and practised throughout the Iberian region.Perfil idealLaw degree from a prestigious Portuguese university.Master's degree in legal and/or Corporate and Labour Law.More than 2 years of experience.Constant interest in keeping up to date with recurring legislative changes.Ability to carry out and complete work independently.Experience and/or interest in managing and training people.Good knowledge of English/Spanish.Good interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn.Vantagens#J-18808-Ljbffr
