Snapshot of Your DayAs part of a global HR Transformation program, Siemens Energy is in the process of standardizing and harmonizing its HR services and systems. We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Services Specialist Western Europe – French Speaker who is ready to oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
How You'll Make an ImpactAs a key member of the global SE HR PS&S team, you will work closely with the Regional HR Services Manager and the Regional HR Head and HRBPs to review the local HR processes, align them with external vendors, and build stability primarily in France but overseeing Western Europe.
You will partner closely with the external vendor provider and local HR teams to detail the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, remove roadblocks, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
Handling complex issues quickly and building authentic relationships with the local HR teams and all relevant departments.
You will promote a culture of ownership and accountability while moving with speed and decisiveness.
What You BringMinimum of 5 years' experience in HR Administration.
Strong knowledge of French labor legislation and local work regulations.
Proven understanding of document management (archiving rules, e-signatures, wet signatures, etc.).
Strong knowledge of process tracking and process review.
Stakeholder management (external vendor management).
Knowledge of time and attendance management regulations.
Operational knowledge – focus on HR processes/HR operations.
Proficiency in English and French (C1). French is a must.
Experience in creating process documentation and work instructions.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement attitude.
Analytical skills, ability to use data to drive decisions.
Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others.
Ability to thrive in a global environment, ambiguity, and change.
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP preferred but not crucial.
