Regional HR Services Manager (German speaking)

A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Regional HR Services Manager you will work closely with the Regional HR Services Head, also collaborating with colleagues from other regions and globally.
You will have responsibility for leading / coordinating Regional HR operations currently being delivered through an ecosystem of providers, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose processes, governing end-to-end delivery. You will also take a role in driving HR transformation initiatives within your region, implementing harmonized and standard processes, working closely with counterparts in Payroll and HR products.
How you will make an impact:
A "Regional HR Services Manager" works alongside the Regional HR Services Head, ensuring efficient and effective HR Services delivery through an eco-system of providers i.e., employee life cycle support, employee inquiries, people and organizational data management, etc.
Setting up and calculating new HR services. Continuous analysis and further development of contractually agreed HR services.
Responsible for the operational delivery of HR administrative tasks (Inhouse/Outsourced).
Building and strengthening process know-how to future proof the organization.
Work closely and support in the service management of the business process outsourcing service providers, ensuring quality gates, whilst playing a key role on deficiency resolution and compliance.
Setting up and structuring a suitable cost metric with the aim of making business changes and efficiency clear.
A contributor in our global HR transformation project, whilst ensuring continuity of existing operations.
What you bring:
Experience in HR Services / Business Processes including shared services / HR BPO outsourcing operations, i.e. HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management (Service Desk).
HR IT domain know-how - Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SAP desirable.
Experience in supporting the management / service management of an eco-system of partners / vendors in HR Services.
Track record in supporting the delivery of change / improvement projects, specifically in HR services.
Analytical skills and fact-based decision ability.
Self-directed with an ability to coordinate, plan, prioritize.
Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others.
Ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required.
Very good German (must) and English knowledge required.

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – SE HR PS&S People Services & Systems, a truly global team with varied strengths of specialists with an open demeanor, responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation. You will get all the trust and empowerment to be successful. Handling various topics spread across HR operations and geographies will be driven, global and require certain flexibility and commitment.
