Working at Amcor means you will have a unique opportunity to be a part of an organization that is committed to innovating and driving new solutions to create more sustainable packaging solutions.About The RoleThe Regional HR Manager will be responsible for providing HR support and advice to the Group IT Functions (IT Operations and Global IT Infrastructure), with an emphasis within the EMEA Region. This role will support client teams across all facets of HR: employee lifecycle, talent management, employee engagement, organization development, leadership and employee development, employee communication, performance management, and change management.Key Job AccountabilitiesHR Operations & Business PartnershipDeliver day-to-day operational HR support.Ensure local business partnership to the assigned stakeholders' group.Manage talent acquisition activities, partnering with local HR: from role definition to onboarding.Support the development and implementation of talent management activities such as succession planning and Talent Councils.Drive the performance management process; goal-setting, mid-year and year-end reviews.Manage the salary review and incentive processes to defined organizational timelines.Lead the discussions around Engagement with the IT stakeholders, ensuring this process is properly conducted and related action plans are defined and implemented.Design and implement learning initiatives, in alignment with the IT strategy and people development's priorities.Co-worker relations, as needed and in collaboration with local HR.Identify training & development needs and present appropriate solutions.Define and execute local communication.HR TransformationWork collaboratively with Corporate/Group HR on key initiatives in support of business strategies, including projects such as Global Engagement Surveys, Amcor Leadership Framework, etc.Represent Group IT HRBP team in EMEA in the definition, development and implementation of Amcor's Human Resources Information System (SuccessFactors – Employee Central).Champion and embed an organizational culture of Outperformance.Manage high quality change management activities using robust planning and processes.Develop and align HR policies/practices.Qualifications/RequirementsMinimum Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.HR certification desired.Generalist HR experience required, minimum seven years (international experience preferred).Experience developing and executing HR processes.Experience in co-worker relations; some union experience a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage projects and change initiatives.Fluent English; other languages advantageous.Work with local and international colleagues - remotely and sometimes outside of normal business hours.Thorough understanding of effective HR tools and processes.Travel within EMEA required, approx. 20%.Amcor is a global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging solutions for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, home and personal-care, and other products.
