This role will support client teams across all facets of HR: employee lifecycle, talent management, employee engagement, organization development, leadership and employee development, employee communication, performance management, and change management.Key Job Accountabilities HR Operations & Business Partnership Deliver day-to-day operational HR support. Ensure local business partnership to the assigned stakeholders' group. Manage talent acquisition activities, partnering with local HR: from role definition to onboarding. Support the development and implementation of talent management activities such as succession planning and Talent Councils. Drive the performance management process; goal-setting, mid-year and year-end reviews. Manage the salary review and incentive processes to defined organizational timelines. Lead the discussions around Engagement with the IT stakeholders, ensuring this process is properly conducted and related action plans are defined and implemented. Design and implement learning initiatives, in alignment with the IT strategy and people development's priorities. Co-worker relations, as needed and in collaboration with local HR. Identify training & development needs and present appropriate solutions. Define and execute local communication. HR Transformation Work collaboratively with Corporate/Group HR on key initiatives in support of business strategies, including projects such as Global Engagement Surveys, Amcor Leadership Framework, etc. Represent Group IT HRBP team in EMEA in the definition, development and implementation of Amcor's Human Resources Information System (SuccessFactors – Employee Central)
