In this position you will...
...be the Regional Compliance Manager to lead and manage a broad spectrum of regulatory compliance issues arising across Europe. You will support the European bolttech entities to ensure it has effective systems and controls for compliance, with requirements and standards under applicable regulations.
You will be responsible for...
Embedding the compliance framework
Implementing the annual European compliance plan
Promoting and engendering a strong compliance culture throughout the organisation through the drafting of compliance communications and updates.
Acting as a centre of expertise in sharing knowledge of requirements and compliance risk
Implementing compliance training programs for employees and monitoring training completion rates
Conducting compliance monitoring and audits to identify and mitigate risks
Performing due diligence on third-party vendors and business partners
Contributing to the development and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures
Advising in 2nd level complaints management
Assisting in assessment of sanctions screening
Advising on day to day regulatory queries
Supporting the Director, Legal and Regulatory, in his oversight, challenge, advice, escalation and reporting activities, liaising with other team members

You will require the following qualifications and skills
A minimum of 3 years' experience
University degree, with preference for a law degree
Compliance, risk management, audit experience in the financial services highly desired
Knowledge of English (legal) and another European language (preferably Italian or German)
Ability to work in a multicultural team and build strong relationships
Proactivity, willingness to introduce own solutions and ideas
