Role Overview:You provide the tourists with full and high-standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.You maintain the client experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.What You Will Do:Serve as the primary point of contact to welcome and greet international shoppers at the refund lounge.Provide the tourist with full and high-standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.Assist customers regarding any questions about their tax refunding process to ensure its successful completion.Support the tourists throughout the whole refund process, collaborating with the local partner on site if required.Maintain the customer experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.Communicate with the main office and other departments in matters of daily business.Undertake any general administrative task as assigned by the refund manager.Perform administrative tasks related to the data processing of documents refunded by Planet.Who You Are:Minimum 1 year working experience in a comparable position (finance industry, hospitality, retail luxury).Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures.Fluency in written and spoken English.Arabic, Russian, Chinese are a plus.What You Will Need to Bring to Planet:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in customer-facing roles.Reliability; you're a team player with a hands-on mentality.Why Planet:Planet is an equal opportunity employer where diversity is valued, and all employment is decided based on qualifications, merit, and business need.
