Refund Desk Agent - Lisbon Airport

? You offer refund services as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures;
? You perform administrative tasks related to the data processing of document refunded. Who you are :
? Min. 1 year working experience in a comparable position (finance industry, hospitality, retail luxury);
? Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures;
? Fluency in written and spoken English;
? Ability to work in customer- facing roles. What we have to offer:

? Working hours: Full time, rotating shifts, between 6:30 a.m. and 11 p.m;
? Basic monthly salary: 1025€.
