What you will do:You offer refund services as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures.You perform administrative tasks related to the data processing of document refunded. Who you are:Min. 1 year working experience in a comparable position (finance industry, hospitality, retail luxury).Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures.Fluency in written and spoken English.Ability to work in customer-facing roles.
