Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Development of new technical concepts and solutions for heat pump refrigeration circuits;
Specification, calculation, design, and testing of heat pump components and systems, including:
Create, review and understand technical specifications for the components;
Analyze customer, product, and safety requirements to derive technical concepts;
Testing refrigeration circuits and components considering envelope boundaries, with focus on quality and cost improvement;
Design, document, and support implementation of functional test procedures for testing and series production;
Issue product technical documentation;
Participate in product design reviews and FMEA; Propose and drive solutions in accordance with function, cost, quality, and users' requirements.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: Master or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or similar;
Experience:
3 years of experience;
Background in refrigeration application is advantageous;
Know-how:
Knowledge in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and refrigeration;
Knowledge in specification, calculation, design, and testing of refrigeration and hydraulic components and systems;
Familiarity with European standards applicable to refrigerating systems and heat pumps is a benefit;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project);
Proficiency with MATLAB is a plus;
Strong affinity with laboratory measurement and control engineering;
Languages: Good level of English language written and spoken;
Working Style and Methods:
Creative with analytical sharpness;
Structured approach with perseverance and result orientation;
Strong communication skills;
Personality:
Detail-oriented with a focus on results;
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
