Position Summary For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Reference Data Junior Specialist. Reporting to the Reference Data Lead Specialist, this professional will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered and supporting Total Service Quality levels to the stakeholders, adhering to standardization.
A day in the life of... Setup and maintenance of all data impacting Order to Cash processes which is not defined as Company Master Data;Perform periodic activity relevant reviews with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor;Contribute to Continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during DORs;Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors, and problem solving;Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of SODs, updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points, and adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices).What will make you successful Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics;Previous Customer Service and/or O2C experience;Previous Supply Chain experience - advantage;Proficiency in English and French;Proactively looks for opportunities to improve to meet service expectations.What we offer Here at NBS we care about our Talents and we continuously work to have our teams engaged and our people achieving their best professional performance, without forgetting personal development and work-life balance.
