Full Fabric is seeking a diligent, proactive Recruitment Specialist to aid in the continued growth of our ambitious team. As a Recruitment Specialist at Full Fabric, your role will be pivotal in sourcing the best candidates, cultivating relationships and effectively hiring top talent to meet our company's requirements and match our values.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Candidate Acquisition: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract the very best talent.
Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct initial screening and interviews, and arrange final interviews with hiring managers.
Job Descriptions: Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling and accurate job descriptions and manage our hiring needs.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Data & Analytics: Maintain and analyze recruitment data to improve processes and strategies.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with the skills and experience to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a recruiter for sales profiles, preferably in a corporate, agency or SaaS setting.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and best practices.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Fluency in English is mandatory.
