You'll work closely with HR, business leaders, and recruiting colleagues to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for adidas.As a Recruitment Partner, you'll collaborate closely with hiring teams to craft tailored recruiting strategies, acting as a trusted advisor to both HR and the business. Your focus will be on fulfilling recruitment needs for Tech, Digital & Data Analytics, and Global Business Services in Porto, driving our growth with the best talent in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full recruitment process, including requisition approval, job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, while continuously seeking process improvements with hiring teams.Utilize advertising resources, marketing strategies, and various sourcing channels (e.g., databases, universities, social media, job fairs) to attract qualified candidates and proactively engage passive candidates.Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit, building and maintaining talent pools for future opportunities.Collaborate with recruiting and sourcing colleagues to ensure a cohesive hiring process, advocating for diverse and inclusive recruitment strategies.Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience and uphold high standards throughout the recruitment process.Partner with business leaders for strategic planning and conduct quarterly reviews to evaluate recruitment achievements and identify areas for improvement.Promote adidas as an Employer of Choice by effectively communicating the brand, benefits, and career opportunities, and support the implementation of global initiatives within your function or market.Key RelationshipsBroader TAEE teamSenior Leaders from different business areasHiring ManagersHRBPsRequisite Education And Experience/ Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 4-6 years' experience in international/global recruiting, leading local, international and global recruitment mandates for all level candidates through a broad range of sourcing channels (including proactive outreach).Degree in HR, Business or related studiesSpecific expertise/experience recruiting for Tech, Digital or Global Business Services is strongly preferred.Experienced working in large, international/global matrix companyDemonstrated track record of driving end2end, holistic recruitment mandates (including sourcing, assessing and hiring talent in volume roles) and global recruiting initiatives (i.e. proactive recruiting, internal recruiting, diversity, etc.) to achieve hiring goals.Experienced in offer negotiation, awareness of local legislation and employment market/compensation trends.International experience, having worked on projects in multiple geographies is a plus.Knowledgeable about managing diversity & inclusion from talent acquisition perspective.Key Critical Competencies And CapabilitiesStrong results and delivery focusCandidate centric mindsetOutside of the box thinkingGood communication and Influence and Negotiation skillsProject management skillsData & InsightsStrategic thinkingDrive in change and transformationStrong interpersonal skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
