To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter. This role offers a competitive commission structure: 40% of the placement fee for senior roles and 60% of the placement fee for executive positions. Key Responsibilities: Senior and Executive Recruitment: Identify, attract, and place candidates in senior roles (e.G., Senior Managers, Department Heads) and executive positions (e.G., CFO, CIO, CEO) within leading firms in the IT and finance sectors. Client Acquisition: Use your industry expertise and network to secure new clients, focusing on those needing senior and executive talent. Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and encouraging long-term partnerships. Collaboration: Partner with our skilled recruitment team to efficiently close recruitment projects and achieve successful placements. Network Development: Contribute to building a network of expert independent recruiters, enhancing our collective expertise and market reach. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market demands to effectively tailor your recruitment strategies. Qualifications and Experience: Proven Recruitment Experience: A successful track record in recruitment, particularly for senior and executive roles, ideally within the IT or finance sectors. Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, leading to repeat business and referrals. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels. Independent and Team-Oriented: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with our recruitment team. Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
