Key Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as databases, social media, and job fairs.
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Collaborate with different departments and managers to validate hiring needs and requirements.
Oversee the onboarding process to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company.
Build trust with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain and update analytical reports and recruitment databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications Native or fluent in Dutch, German, Portuguese or Spanish (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English at B2 level.
University degree, ideally in Human Resources or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of recruitment methods, including profile definition, assessments, interviews, and follow-ups.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs.
Positive attitude with a focus on community building and teamwork.
