We are looking for a motivated Spanish-speaking Recruiter to join a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands.
In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing top talent to support their teams, using your language skills to identify, screen, and prepare candidates for various roles while contributing to the recruitment process.

Location: Lisbon OR Porto, Portugal
Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels such as databases, social media, and job fairs.Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and aptitudes.Collaborate with different departments and managers to validate hiring needs and requirements.Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company.Build trust with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.Maintain and update analytical reports and recruitment databases.Qualifications and Skills: Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in English at B2 level.University degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role.Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.Knowledge of recruitment methods, including profile definition, assessments, interviews, and follow-ups.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.Proficiency in sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs.Positive attitude with a focus on community building and teamwork.BenefitsCompetitive salary paid in 14 installments per year.Reimbursement for airfare and accommodation support for those relocating to Portugal.Meal allowance provided via a voucher card (net).Monthly performance-based bonus.Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.12-month contract with a 30-day trial period.Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth.Health insurance including dental coverage.Work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment with diverse and exciting projects for top-tier B2C and B2B brands.If you are eager to build a career in recruitment and harness your language proficiency to positively influence career trajectories, we would love to hear from you.
