Due to expansion, we are in search of a Recruiter who will help rapidly grow our team.
Major Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Applicant Tracking and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of the company's employer brand by effectively communicating its values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
Requirements:
Strong English language skills (C1), written and verbal, for effective communication.
2+ years of experience in Recruitment
Experience in international hiring
Perfect communication skills
