This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and various departments to identify and secure top talent. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for evaluating candidates' knowledge, skills, and competencies to ensure a perfect fit for the role. You'll meet staffing objectives by conducting thorough interviews and maintaining a positive representation of the company throughout the recruitment process.
