We are seeking a Dutch Recruiter to join their dynamic HR team in Porto.
Responsibilities: As a recruiter, you will: Attract and engage candidates using diverse channels such as databases, social media platforms, and job fairs.
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, experience, and aptitudes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and managers to ensure alignment with hiring requirements.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding process to integrate new employees effectively into the organization.
Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process, establishing yourself as a trusted partner.
Create, maintain, and update analytical reports and recruitment databases.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should: Possess a high level of fluency in Dutch (written and oral) and a solid command of English.
Hold a university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Demonstrate proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Be skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and managing resume databases.
Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
Be familiar with recruitment methods, including creating hiring profiles, conducting assessments, and managing interview processes.
