About the job The Record Management Officer's main mission is to assist in the execution and the implementation of Records Management strategy for North, Central and South America (AMER), Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific's (APAC's) Records Management Office (RMO).The Records Management Officer must assist in the progression of the RMO Target Operating Model strategy, which will include both electronic and paper records.Your Main Activities Are Maintain and update RMO policy, procedures and retention schedule.Support the automation of manual processing of regulatory and non-regulatory records.Oversight of day-to-day operations within RMO.Perform Records Management Governance assessments on new bank projects, ensuring RMO standards are being met and all records and regulations are being identified and adhered to.Facilitate the annual Designated Third Party (D3P) testing effort, in coordination with the arranged third party, and validate compliance to SEC Rule 17a-4.Work closely with IT to provide system administration oversight for the bank's internal records repositories by ensuring Records Management criteria is being implemented and operability is running efficiently.Assist with analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving system issues and bugs.Develop and design Records Management training materials and courses for BNP Paribas CIB Americas staff by promoting the policy and procedures.Monitor the Records Management Governance Tool by ensuring functional Records Retention.Profile and Skills to Success Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting and Business Management.Up to 5 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.Fluency in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.Proactive attitude with the ability to manage a project.Analytical ability with attentiveness to detail.Why joining BNP Paribas?
