We organise a whole week of activities for you to enjoy surfing, yoga, nature, and social life with people from all over. Job Description: We are looking for a person who naturally smiles when someone walks into our camp, whether it is a guest, a friend, a staff member, or even a stranger. This role is perfect for anyone that loves meeting new people and welcoming them into a new place with a warm heart and a big smile. Responsibilities: Welcome guests and staff members into our beautiful camp. Help manage bookings, arrivals, and departures with our managers. Manage transfers to and from the airport for guests and staff members. Be the go-to person for all kinds of questions, aiming to gain knowledge about the camp to answer them or direct questions to different departments. Keep reception very clean and organised at all times. Together with the Entertainment Manager, monitor and create a weekly plan of activities and create second options for any possible plan changes. Assist the manager with various daily tasks of the operation in the camp. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. Able to thrive under pressure. Organisational and leadership skills. Knowledge of how to address customers in a positive environment. Ability to speak to a large crowd is essential. After checkout on Saturdays, around 12 PM, the entire Wave Nest crew will unite to deep clean the camp for a few hours. Each member of the crew has a role. As a receptionist, welcoming new guests as they arrive is a main priority, ensuring no guest arrives without a warm welcome. Surf Gear: Access all surfing materials and high-performance surfboards made by Fatum Surfboards for advanced surfers. Yoga Classes: If the daily yoga session slots aren't full, you can sign up and enjoy a free session with our yoga instructor. Activities: Crew or guests, everyone is welcome to join our activities programmed for making new friends and having a great time. Time Off: Benefit from one day off per week, aligned with the main department's schedule, to explore the surroundings, spend the day in the water, or relax and recharge.
