Receptionist

We''re seeking a passionate receptionist whose attitude not only aims to please guests but extends to anticipating and satisfying their unspoken needs.The role at the reception goes beyond the conventional check-in/check-out tasks; it encompasses a diverse range of duties and responsibilities at the core of our house, dedicated to deliver our guests a seamless and most extraordinary experience.Must be fluent in at least 2 out of these 3 languages: Portuguese, German, and English, and have a basic knowledge of the 3rd, to understand and speak Spanish would be a plus. Our ideal candidate must possess:• The ability to maximize all opportunities to increase our guest satisfaction in all outlets.• Strong communication skills and confidence with the hotel''s general procedures of a front desk• Excellent organizational skills as well as good computer skills in Microsoft Office programs.
