About the role
We are on the search for a passionate, dynamic and charismatic individual to join us at YOTEL Porto as Receptionist.
Responsibilities: Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out;
Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor;
Respond to all guest questions and requests;
Answer and forward phone calls;
Manage guest bookings and reservations;
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements: Previous experience in Front Office Department;
High school diploma/equivalent;
Fluency in English and Portuguese (other language is an added value);
Availability to work in shifts;
Professional attitude and appearance and teamwork spirit;
Knowledge of OperaPMS System is an added value.
