YOUR MISSION
Join us as a Real Time Operations Analyst and become the key member of Mercadão operations team. You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our logistics services. This position is ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently, by providing real time data analysis, responding to operational issues as they arise, and suggesting improvements to enhance overall performance.
THE JOURNEY
Real time performance analysis and support to Live Operations team.
Assist with scheduling and management of delivery times availability.
Monitor compliance ratios, efficiency and quality of customer delivery service.
Monitor shopper performance and manage the scheduling of orders.
Develop performance analyses and suggest initiatives to optimize the logistics service.
Contribute to improve our shoppers experience, from recruitment to optimal delivery performance.
Communicate effectively with shoppers, as well as internal teams such as LiveOps and Operations, to ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
Gather and document shopper feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of overall customer satisfaction.
