What you'll do
Generate and deliver real-time reports to the Operations Management Team;
Compare call forecasts with actual results to identify variances and proactively address scheduling gaps;
Provide in-depth performance analysis to support timely and informed business decisions;
Support Supervisors by identifying and recommending more efficient management solutions;
Determine optimal staffing levels for Front-Office and Back-Office groups, reallocating resources as needed to maximize productivity and Service Level performance;
Monitor and control Service Levels to ensure targets are met;
Manage breaks effectively to maintain service efficiency.
What you'll need
Fluency in English (B2 minimum);
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience;
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and performance metrics;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing situations.
